What does it cost to file Chapter 13?

In both the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, basic attorneys fees have been set by the Bankruptcy Court. For a non-business bankruptcy related case the fee set by the Court is $3,500.00. The attorneys fee for business related cases is $4,500.00. Court costs are $281.00 for Chapter 13 cases.

How long will this process take?
